CBN丨China steps up stimulus with local infrastructure bond sales

China granted provinces their full allocation of special bonds to be used for infrastructure investment, an effort to step up stimulus to boost an economy overshadowed by a worsening Covid-19 outbreak. The issuance of local-government special bonds has progressed much faster and is more advanced this year than in previous years.
