The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) lowered its expectation of this year’s global economy expansion from 5.7 to 5.6 percent, while China is set to hit 8.1 percent, slightly down from previous forecasts, which remains much higher than the country's target of a 6-percent growth.
